The cavalcade of Satriano, held also in 2010 in Nocera Umbra 4 and September 5, 2010, is a particularly evocative historical reconstruction. The event is celebrated each year in early September, traces the final journey of St. Francis. The story goes that the saint, seriously ill, was brought back to his hometown by a group of knights who went back in Nocera Umbra, passing Satriano. The commemoration is celebrated with a passage between the lands of Nocera Umbra and Assisi, a group of riders in period costume, show last journey of the saint.
